She then posted that I requested the item for pick up so she didnt get in trouble. Went to pick up item, item wasn’t there although driver changed it to “customer requested to pickup” guy at the front desk said he would give me a call. They closed at 1pm and aren’t open until Monday now. 0/10 experience
