labeled all my packages as a insufficient address and tried to send all of my packages back. never had any problems ordering through anyone else but this place. i had to pick up all my packages and they sent one back before i could pick it up. i had asked days prior for them to keep the package because i knew it was going to be marked as insufficient. they sent it out anyways and are making me wait another week and a half for my package. i wouldve been better off driving across states to pick it up. worst experience ive had ordering anything

My husband has had a double amputation and cannot walk, while I use a cane. Despite this, the driver refused to take us. I have already complained and will need a letter from his doctor stating that he is not capable of walking to justify the need for assistance.

This post office moves so slowly. I also have had an extensive conversation with the supervisor here about my rural mail delivery and why my carrier seems to have a problem delivering my mail to a mailbox that is no more than 100 feet off the road. They kept telling me that their deliveries are timed down to the second now but when the regional office (out of Cleveland) called me, they explained to me that this was not the case. They want me to move my hardship box out onto the road instead of just having it up close to my house which is where it is currently located and has been serviced for nearly 5 years without incident.
