And they never delivered my package stating this at 4:55 but yet the tracking says they couldn’t deliver my package? I cannot stand this company. Then of course I have to go pick it up and they’re closed and won’t deliver it. The package won’t fit in my car. If there were a way to send an invoice for a rented vehicle, I would.

It’s been hours now and there’s been absolutely nothing but frustration customer service and ease of use would have a negative rating if I could give less than one star. Is there even a way to speak to someone on the phone or will it just keep asking prompts that have nothing to do with my issue then hang up when a robot can’t figure out how to help. What the hell.
