- LLLeeDec 10, 20251.0Im not one of those weirdos that is in favor of privatizing our mail system, but this branch doesnt do any favors against those arguments. They never EVER answer the phone. My mail is consistently a problem - whether our mail goes missing, is delivered to the wrong address or we get mail for other addresses. This has been an on-going issue since I moved here in 2018 and Ive had multiple conversations with the postmaster over this very issue. Clearly that's been of no help. Theres just no excuse. This is absolute carelessness. And to top it off, the same mail carrier that clearly doesnt care much about the task he's performing gets rude and confrontational if you dare suggest he missed a package delivery...as if he hasn't done it countless times already. What a joke. Do better.

- DKDarrell KirbyNov 6, 20251.0Consistently messes orders up… Half the time they won't deliver my package and just give me a note that says attempted delivery when it's too big to fit in the mailbox and the lady that delivers is too lazy to pull in the driveway and set it at the door! The other half the time they receive my item and then let it sit there for 3-5 days while the tracking says headed to next facility??? There's no next facility, you deliver it to my mailbox!!
