- DWDanny Williamson6 days ago1.0Worst customer service on this earth. Literally was on the phone with the automated system forever. Finally got a real person and got the direct number for the mansfield post office. I called innumerable times, and no answer. Either their phone system automatically hangs up or they were hanging up on me. I just had a simple question I don't understand how a business can refuse to answer their phone.....oh wait because they don't have any repercussions. Something needs done about this place not being held accountable it is ridiculous and horrible business practice.
- RTRain TowningFeb 6, 20261.0We’ve told our mail lady on our route (West 2nd st.) for the last 4-6 months that she’s been putting mail in the wrong mailbox and even showed her who was who. Our names are on the box too. If your mailmen can’t do as little as read and match the names then they shouldn’t be doing it. Ive tried to call too and no one ever answers.
- LLLeeDec 10, 20251.0Im not one of those weirdos that is in favor of privatizing our mail system, but this branch doesnt do any favors against those arguments. They never EVER answer the phone. My mail is consistently a problem - whether our mail goes missing, is delivered to the wrong address or we get mail for other addresses. This has been an on-going issue since I moved here in 2018 and Ive had multiple conversations with the postmaster over this very issue. Clearly that's been of no help. Theres just no excuse. This is absolute carelessness. And to top it off, the same mail carrier that clearly doesnt care much about the task he's performing gets rude and confrontational if you dare suggest he missed a package delivery...as if he hasn't done it countless times already. What a joke. Do better.
