- GBGabe BenjaminNov 12, 20251.0I have never had a worse experience with a shipping service. I ordered fish for one day delivery. Multiple times this fish arrived dead because they did not deliver them in one day. I have ordered from Fed Ex multiple times with no issues. Every delay is justified as an unavoidable emergency. In basic terms UPS is incapable of doing what is asked of them. The package arrived the day before but they wouldn't put it on a truck so it sat for over 24 hours. I tried calling customer service which was pointless. I was put in contact with someone from out of country that just read back the same excuse that was emailed to me. When asked for someone else that could help me they said I would get a call from a supervisor at a later time. Never happened. Then I went to the physical store where the only solution I was given was to call the number that I can find on the internet. The worker just wanted me out of his hair and didn't try to assist me. I tried to pick up the package that day but I could get no help. If I color give a lower rating I would. Disgust is the only term I can think that applies. Another update with this sham of a company. I had live aquarium plants shipped to. The package was supposed to arrive today. Not next day aired so no big deal. The aggravation is that the tracking device says they attempted to delivery. I have a ring camera covering the entire front of my house. No truck ever even came down my street. No ups driver walked up my driveway. I've been home or more wife has been home all day, they didn't attempt it. They just slap an update on the page that is completely false and because there are little options to choose from or the customer gets no choice, we just have to accept it. I hate this company so much
