I didn't choose fed ex and this situation is that I can not redirect or pick up my package at a store and my package eta has changed 3 times and now I've waited 5 hours. Ill never spend another dollar or minute on fed ex!

- VBVictoria BargNov 29, 20251.0Find it funny how my packages keep getting marked as undeliverable or that I’m unavailable at time frames outside of when this building is even open for deliveries feeling like this is getting done on purpose because an ex works here over $200 worth of cat food that was supposed to be delivered on the 30th is now missing at this facility but was marked as being delivered at 3:30 in the morning That’s a little suspicious. They’re not even open at 3:30 in the morning and not the first time this has happened. This is the fourth time this has happened so yeah if I could give up zero stars, I would.
