    Don’t come here. It’s awful. They nickel and dime you for everything. First, they charge you $2 for you to email them a prepaid label which is more than what most UPS stores will charge. They also charge you $2 just to tape a box closed.

    Customer Service rap was rude. He was not willing try to be polite, his excused he couldn't see. If you have vision issues. I advise I didn't understand label information he was looking for and handed over my phone so he may read label but he in returned said I can't see with an attitude. Did not appreciate.

    PRINTSCAN is terrible. The fingerprinting technology does not work. The staff customer service around this process is terrible. Wasted over an hour of my time trying to get finger printed for a professional license. Stay away. Go to Collaborative FIngerprinting in Wickliffe. Far, far better service there.
