This isn’t the only time someone on my road has gotten important paperwork too late. It’s the same delivery driver and he needs retrained or fired

The roads are clear, the boxes are accessible, my driveway is a little snow covered but it didn't stop the evening driver from delivering my other packages. We are getting in and out just fine. Frontier got in and out just fine and so did the evening driver and Giovannis made sure to get our food here 2 times just fine! Im always getting other people's mail. I have to sort it and put my neighbors mail in their box and send back mail that don't even belong on this road! You try to call them and the phone is off the hook, because it is ALWAYS busy. I filed a complaint today and will keep doing so till something is done about it.
