I have had one bad and extremely terrible experience after another every time I have to deal with this post office! It’s the absolute worst service I’ve ever had! I have multiple videos from my driveway camera which will show they never attempt to deliver my certified mail. When certified mail comes to my house they always complete one of those cards and leave it in my mailbox with “final attempt” checked. They’re supposed to come to the door and actually attempt to deliver it. Second, when I get back from my trip I complete the card with instruction to leave the certified letter in my mailbox checked. Then it never arrives ever! So I drive to the post office to get it and guess what??? I don’t have any mail waiting for me. Wow isn’t that strange. One time my mail boxes were knocked down by a snow plow truck. A county plow truck to be exact! Did they ever pay for the damages! Nope!!! Then a month later when I return from my trip, I goto the post office to get my mail that is being held because I don’t have a mail box at that time, and I have no mail there. They literally ran around in there and came back and said I didn’t have mail. So a few days later after which time some of it was seriously important they showed up with a ton of mail from the month before. With that said I’m like ok so where the heck was this when I went to the post office to pick it up 3 days ago!?!? So some of those letters had dated material in them which is why I returned home to get them. But doesn’t matter now because while they were still hanging on to it in that 3 days, the dated materials date had come and gone. So here I am today. They pull into my driveway to my surprise and actually took this certified letter up to my door and knocked. I watched the whole thing go down. Clearly I’m out of town again… so she gets back to her vehicle and completes one of those cards stating they missed me, as I’m watching her fill it out she tosses my certified mail on the dashboard of her vehicle that is already covered in paperwork and what looks like garbage. So I’m pretty sure anyone can see it and take it because it’s not like she locks that thing when she stops at a fuel station or something. So, so long to my certified mail. Won’t be seeing that one again. So to whomever sends me mail, you’d be better off just throwing it in the trash because I’ll never get it.

I have looked everywhere to file a formal complaint against the man working at this post office today. Since I can't find where to do it I will leave a review. My package of medication from Optum RX that was suppose to go to Beverly post office ended up at here in Lowell. I found out where it was when I checked the tracking status. I drove to Beverly, girl was very nice & called Lowell & the package was still there. So I drove to Lowell to get it & this creep acted like it was no big deal. It was a mistake. It had my correct Beverly address & 9 digit area code so I asked him "How the hell did this happen" and he went off on me. I tried to tell him that it isn't right that a person had to hunt their medicine & drive to another town to get it. But couldn't get a word in edgewise so I walked out. I understand that it went to Beverly first & they sent it to Lowell, for no apparent reason. I hope I never have to deal with Lowell post office ever again in my lifetime. It's not right that people have to hunt packages & drive to the next town to get them OR to deliver our neighbors mail. USPS need to start paying attention & do a better job.

The government should close the Lowell Ohio post office completely down ,since no one is able to answer the phone.

Multiple times our mail person has failed to deliver our mail simply because we are at the end of her route. Stating that she could not get to the mailbox when there is easily 2 car lengths of space. Horrible service.
