Nobody knocks when delivering a package instead they just drop off a slip stating "sorry we've missed you" with no reason why they didn't drop it off in the first place. You can't talk to anyone on the phone because there's no way to talk to an actual person. Scheduling a Redelivery doesn't work with the number they put on the slip. Worst USPS I've come across. update: the package was tiny and beat up really bad, luckily the product wasn't broken.
