- IIIXIHoLLoWsIXIFeb 26, 20261.0Total shit, scheduled a pickup they didn't even show up, dropped off the package then they try to act like they didn't receive it till I called back in. Seems like they were gonna try and keep the item, you will never get my business again not even for a money order.

I went into London Ohio post office to seek direction on how to renew my passport and am giving 5 stars to the 2 employees who helped me with the picture, help with the questions about paper work, getting a Money order and also mailing it. The young lady and gentleman employees behind the counter were very helpful during this and I would like to thank them. I would recommend.
- TGTyler GJul 8, 20241.0Ever since I've lived in London I've never had this bad of experience Last 3 packages I ordered though the mail the 2 previous were over 500 dollars one was extremely late the other never showed up after it was "delivered" to my address when I got home and wasn't there contact the post office and company and had to have my package resent out and the original was never recovered and now I ordered a package even though it was a week before the holiday I received a text saying it would of been to me by 7/5 but it remained in Columbus till 7/8 when it arrived it wasn't put on the truck so I was notified I would get it the next day 7/9 when I tried to pickup my package so I can fix my customers motorcycle they told me I had to pay 27 dollars to pickup the package on demand early and this package has not cost me more money then what the job was worth by using my shop time and lift space this long
- BSBryan StonerockDec 11, 20231.0If i get a daily delivery, my mail gets delivered any time from noon to 6:30 pm. If that wasn't enough, the carrier does not try to bring things to the door, she drops the "we missed you" slip in the box. I know this because someone is always home.
