- DZDianne ZembaOct 3, 20251.0Worst UPS Store franchise I've ever visited. I won't use this location again. First, let me start with the fact that I am a notary and performs real estate transactions. I frequent shipping locations and office service centers. I was insulted by the service and egregious overcharge that I experienced in this store yesterday. Here's my experience: I requested a scan of approximately 30 pages, a mixture of letter and legal size pages. The staff was horribly under trained. Two separate employees couldn't figure out how to scan a standard legal sized document. They had to seek out help from someone in the back, presumably the franchise owner. My transaction was then rang up (after consulting on how to charge me). The total was approximately $35!! I can perform this same work at my local UPS store for about $3. I questioned the charge and shared what I normally pay with the employee. The response was, "Well, we are all independent franchises and may charge differently." I shared that I would not return, took my receipt and left. I was in a hurry for my next appointment or I would have asked to speak to the owner. Here is what gets me even more...the board in the front displays prices for printing/copying. I could have had the same pages copied for $.17 a page. For 30 pages, that would have been $5.10, which I could have lived with. Also, when printing, their paper, their toner and wear and tear on their machine all come into play. For scanning, only the wear and tear. Yet, comparatively I was charged enough to fax those 30 pages to the Middle East!!! To add even more insult to this, the document feeder fed multiple pages creating an incomplete scan.

- TCTed CrowJul 22, 20255.0This UPS Store is, on an average day, a 40-45 minute drive from my house. It is unfortunately the most convenient location for the occasional Amazon return. The woman that handled my return was very personable and patient. I was the slowest link in the return process because I had issues pulling up the QR code for the return on my phone. Even with the self-inflicted delay, I was still in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes with a printed return receipt in hand.
