However, during this recent incident, the postmaster reminded me that she "likes people like me" because she has biracial family members. While I understand the intention behind her comment, I find it dismissive and irrelevant to the professionalism and respect I should be afforded as a customer. Personal associations do not excuse unprofessional behavior, nor do they guarantee fairness in practice.

All the supervisor did was complain about having 2 thousand addresses to take care off. I lived in places where my post office dealt with over 5 thousand but they took the time to get know me and respect everyone.
