No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for simply trying to get service. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is sadly the closest USPS to where I live, but I will avoid returning because the staff’s behavior was so unpleasant.

I made an appointment for a passport & they immediately started giving me flack because they didn’t have any paperwork available at their location. It was MY problem, not theirs & nothing they could do to help. (Even though the lady at the counter offered to print me one, they insisted I was over my 15 min appointment time at this point, and just needed to get over it & go to different location.) I took time out of my day for them to unbelievably terrible to me & I did nothing wrong. I can’t wait to AI takes all their jobs.

We feel very fortunate to have her delivering our mail. She greets everyone with an enthusiastic wave and a warm smile, and she has a special way with dogs—every one of them seems to adore her. Belinda brings not just our mail, but a sense of cheer and connection to our community each day.
