This postal office used to be one of my favorites but now i just keep getting bad experiences back to back. Last Wednesday i dropped off a package that needed to be returned and i had issues with the barcode before so I asked the guy to make sure that this barcode was fine so i can get my money back and his response was “you’re good” I explained him again so he could make sure the barcode works and his response was the exact same. Now I have no idea where the package is and I’m losing the money of my refund since the seller is not receiving the package.

It was 4:54pm when I walked into this post office. An he refused to help me. His clock was set 5 minutes fast so it literally said it was 4:59pm. It is not 5pm yet. He told me to go to Powell and even gave me the address. That's crazy that they're allowed to close the doors before closing time. It's still not 5pm lol. This was work related mail.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Blatantly rude to customers who come in with a smile on their face. You never know how someone’s day is going. Hard for me to fathom mouthing at a customer you’ve never met, for no reason other than you’re bitter and dislike your job.

So I ordered some thing on Etsy. For the past five days, my package has sat here awaiting to be picked up to ship to me. This is a complete joke. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it’s just been sitting there collecting dust for almost a week… What a pathetic excuse for a mail service.

We had a newborn passport appointment at this USPS location, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The staff were extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional from the very beginning.
The lady who was supposed to take my baby’s passport photo clearly had no patience or skill. She struggled to take a decent photo and, when I politely asked her to retake it, she complained and hesitated as if it was a huge burden. When I asked another staff member for help, they were just as rude and dismissive.
Not a single person here was friendly, understanding, or willing to help — and this was for something as sensitive as a newborn passport. The entire staff acted like they were mad at the world and didn’t want to be there. Instead of making the process smooth, they made it frustrating and stressful.
If you’re a parent or anyone needing important services like passports, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The staff lack professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills. Truly one of the worst USPS experiences I’ve ever had.
