I CANNOT stand when I have to mail packages from this post office!! I get the most bizarre questions, and I understand packages should be labeled appropriately. I shouldn't be questioned about the contents of my package as the clerk molests and pokes at the package, literally even to the point where they're asking where I bought the packaging if it's a shipping package that I've recycled. It's none of your business! And if I have the QR code for a package and it's indicating a liquid because of makeup, perfume, etc. IT'S ALREADY ON THE LABEL.... There is no need to interrogate customers while a full line of patrons wait, asking about a package that costs a $4 shipping fee, that is properly packaged and ready for shipping, and labeled as required. I wouldn't even be making this review, but I sell/re-sell beauty products, and this has become a routine SNAFU dealing with shipping at this particular USPS location. Literally has happened to me at least 5x now at this post office, all from all different clerks. I could appreciate if they're trying to keep safety in mind, but it's not like anything looks suspicious about a 6x10 small package that weighs as much as a bottle of makeup or lotion. GOOD GRIEF, LEBANON USPS!!!

Terrible. I just seen the mailman deliver mail to my mailbox. I retrieved the mail and came back inside. 11 minutes later the same delivery vehicle fly's up to my mailbox again and then takes off. I go to get the mail again thinking a letter may have gotten misplaced. Instead, it was a "sorry we missed you" delivery notice for a package. They just didn't feel like delivering the package. My front door is open, curtains open, and I've not left the house all day. How is this allowed to happen? My driveway is shoveled, sidewalk is clear, front porch is clear. No excuse other than pure laziness. I'll be filing a complain tomorrow when I now have to drive into town (10 minutes), to pick up a parcel. I'm sure that will do a lot of good, too (sarcasm).

This local Lebanon Ohio USPS is a joke! Our USPS delivery service or shall I say “USPS non Service” over 3 years now! Has not once! Made a full delivery to our place! I have had to go and get our packages every time! They always come up with an untrue reason or weak excuse of why they can’t complete a task or their job function! Now the inside store clerks have always been great to us! But this fictitious delivery guy is on my last nerve! Just do your job man! Or get a new one and allow someone else to actually do it! You’re making their company look bad! Always that one poor excuse for a human on site huh..

The workers at the post office helped me fix my mess up and got me my package. Always super helpful.

The delivery lady for the second time threw my packages in the snow next to the road/mailbox. If undeliverable then a note should be left and we would gladly pick up at the post office rather then ruining our packages or setting us up to have them taken as they lie next to the road. The Post Master will be getting a call or visit for a formal complaint. This is not even slightly acceptable. If I could, I would send all deliveries any other way instead of having her deliver it but they do not give you a choice.
