I came in to drop off a larger Amazon return, which included multiple boxes, and I had my 2-year-old with me. Morgan was incredibly kind—she helped me carry the boxes into the store and even took the time to make my daughter laugh, which I really appreciated. However, once we got everything inside, Dot asked me about the QR codes. I was a bit confused, as I had only received one code from Amazon. When I tried to explain this, Dot became noticeably short with me and said, rather bluntly, that "Amazon knows" I need a separate QR code for each box. I felt she was unnecessarily rude and dismissive during the interaction, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.

An Amazon return that was fully prepped and packaged was handed over, but the older woman at the counter insisted it wasn’t packed. She was rude and dismissive and repackaged it without giving any option to decline or go elsewhere, then charged a packaging fee. If anything they should give an option even if they packaged it. There was no choice provided. It was handled poorly from start to finish and based on what others have shared, it seems this may not be an isolated case. No one should be treated this way.
