- VEVIRUS EXEMar 27, 20245.0My package was delivered to the wrong address on the busiest day of the week by a sub who was unfamiliar with the area at the end of their day, it was just one number off and Id probably get that wrong too with weary eyes and long hours in the winding hills, had I not grown up within them, and while it's upsetting to not get my package, I can't help but deeply appreciate the effort Angie put forth in this whole mishap. I spoke with her 3 times throughout the day and each time she was kind, honest and understanding despite being quite busy, she took time to update me on if the driver had been out to check yet, as I was communicating with the company I ordered from to keep them updated. I didn't want the company I appreciate to lose money by sending a replacement if they didn't absolutely have to, such a thing would be dishonest on my part to not do my best to locate it. Angie wasn't upset with my interruptions into her work day and she was quite fun to talk to despite it all. I'm still hopeful my package will be recovered, but if not I understand that mistakes happen, and I am thankful for all the hard work and effort from Angie and the driver to attempt to recover it yesterday. You are all very much appreciated.

I had a question that I needed an answer for and the postal employee I spoke to has to be the rudest person I have ever spoken to who works with the public. She was so argumentative and all around nasty. Her attitude is horrible. I cannot believe she's in a position that deals with the public with her nasty attitude.
