Why do these places insist on refusing to let people reach a human being on the phone? After USPS completely messed up my package delivery, they also refused to connect me to a person. Like if y’all don’t want to hear customer complaints maybe don’t screw up everyone’s mail???? It’s not that difficult.

Prior to moving to a new house, I walked into Lancaster post office and did an in-person address change. Weeks later I’m not getting any forwarded mail, so I called usps customer service and was told the change of address was never processed. Not sure what Lancaster did with my request, but they sure didn’t process it or enter the information into the system.
Thanks a million Lancaster post office. NOT!

I love the automated phone system. The fact that you can request a customer representative 13 times and still be asked how the damn thing can be of assistance is fantastic for your blood pressure.

The USPS lost my package with all my pictures when I received my package all my pictures had been destroyed by water 😔 very sad now they act like I can't get the insurance money which would never cover the worth of my pictures . I will never send anything important in the mail again
