After USPS completely messed up my package delivery, they also refused to connect me to a person. Like if y’all don’t want to hear customer complaints maybe don’t screw up everyone’s mail???? It’s not that difficult.

Weeks later I’m not getting any forwarded mail, so I called usps customer service and was told the change of address was never processed. Not sure what Lancaster did with my request, but they sure didn’t process it or enter the information into the system. Thanks a million Lancaster post office. NOT!
