  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I came in completely unprepared — I was supposed to go to the post office and didn’t even have the correct shipping label. Remington was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to walk me through everything on my phone and helped me get exactly what I needed. I truly couldn’t be more appreciative. Amazing customer service!

  I paid the exorbitant fee to get a package overnight delivered to Texas, and then my wife called this store the day it was supposed to be delivered since I was busy. They were extremely rude to her and told her in no uncertain terms that the package that had next day shipping wasn't even going to leave their store till 5pm on the day I paid for it to be delivered. For what I paid this is 1000% unacceptable and between the horrible smell of the store when I dropped it off at around noon to the attitude given to both my wife and I when I called them again. Its downright unacceptable and I was reminded of why I should not bother with UPS
