- THTammy HarberDec 12, 20221.0Extremely frustrating! We had a vacation home in Lakeview for several years. We received mail daily. We moved to the home permanently in May of 2022. We filed a changed of address. We have received only a few pieces of returned mail. I filed a complaint in Oct 2022, was later contracted by the Circleville Post Office advising us the issue has been resolved and we will get our mail. Again, I filed another complaint early Dec 2022 as still no forwarding mail! We sent three letters to our old address with my granddaughters forwarding address in Nov we have not received the forwarded mail and my granddaughter has not received the letters back. After filing the new complaint I received a call from the Russels Pt post office, a message was left stating they were closing the case as she talked to the driver and we have no mail box up! We live on Grandi Ave and have a mail box up and have received mail there for 4 years! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General. This is totally unacceptable!

Currently the one we have is excellent. She is friendly & knowledgeable. Always available to help, even if it’s closing time.
