Then hides in her office when people want to question it. She is a very very rude person who is only trying to make a name for herself. You wouldn't think this would happen in a small town. Our little town of Marblehead deserves much better.

I filled out a "missing mail" form online and was contacted the very next morning (less than 10 hours!) by Postmaster Barbara by email! Barbara called me (the same day) with an update regarding my (recipient's) package. She was so friendly, professional, and very cordial. She totally exceeded my expectations!!! Amazing service from a dedicated employee!!! An asset to the USPS! Five stars!
