- RORebecca OtisJan 29, 20191.0Today my mail carrier marked a package as delivered that she didn't actually deliver. Package even says on it "carrier - leave if no response", she didn't leave it. She just marked it as delivered, having zero intention of delivering it today (she has been refusing to deliver our mail for at least a week now). Apparently she didn't think that I would notice that the tracking said it was delivered and she was trying to get around the fact that she was going to be delivering my package late. Mail carrier, I know that it is cold and snowy, but you drive a Jeep it should handle snow fine, I have a mail box, I have a front porch, the package says to leave it if no one is home, I was home at the time of scheduled delivery, you had ZERO reason to mark my package as delivered and yet not deliver it.
