You have the most unhelpful and useless lady working on Saturday. Refused to mail out our wedding invitations. Bought stamps at the counter and ask for them to hand stamped. She said we would have to put the stamps on ourselves and bring them back. She pissed off her entire line too.

Called in about a package from Germany ordered to PA that was 'delivered to an agent' in Kent (I went to college there, and it somehow got delivered to the dorms after sitting in customs for a while).
Andrew knew of the kind of problem I was having, explained what he was going to do, found my package and got it sent to me (for free as well!). He followed up with me like he promised and was a great help, big thank you to Andrew!

Very bad experience today. The USPS delivery driver was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He threw my package outside the store and refused to bring it in like all other carriers (UPS, FedEx) usually do. He shouted and left angrily without any respect. Completely unacceptable behavior.

This is the worst service i have ever experienced, they always say the package address was insufficient and they take back the order. I tried to call the store they never answer calls. If i have to go to their location everytime why am i even paying for their service. They should close this location down

I see we all are having the same issue with this location , I got a message saying that they “attempted to deliver my package but couldn’t gain access to the building”.How can this happen you might ask because they didn’t even try, how do I know well because I left a note on our call box (photo attached) with easy 2 step instructions on how to gain access to the building , they didn’t even have to bring it up to my apartment i asked for it to be left in our lobby and once I got a notification i would just go down a grab it. This is the 2nd package that they “attempted to deliver but couldn’t gain access” that’s why I left a note, my local PO never have issues even when others fill in. Now I have to go out of my way and pick it up from them after work and hope they don’t close early (has happened before) because they never know when they will attempt the delivery again it’s frustrating and needs addressed.
