- AAAlisha-NicoleFeb 22, 20261.0I see we all are having the same issue with this location , I got a message saying that they “attempted to deliver my package but couldn’t gain access to the building”.How can this happen you might ask because they didn’t even try, how do I know well because I left a note on our call box (photo attached) with easy 2 step instructions on how to gain access to the building , they didn’t even have to bring it up to my apartment i asked for it to be left in our lobby and once I got a notification i would just go down a grab it. This is the 2nd package that they “attempted to deliver but couldn’t gain access” that’s why I left a note, my local PO never have issues even when others fill in. Now I have to go out of my way and pick it up from them after work and hope they don’t close early (has happened before) because they never know when they will attempt the delivery again it’s frustrating and needs addressed.

Now I’m at a new apartment where USPS delivery drivers continuously try to deliver packages to my itty bitty mailbox rather than delivering to my door like other carriers. Instead they say that they attempted to deliver but could not so then I have to go to pick up my mail. Delivery was barely attempted.
