It’s difficult to know or see that a FedEx location is here at night. Please get sign repaired and this will only increase your business. The repair will pay for itself in the first week. Take care.

I have shipped several musical instruments in the past through UPS and every single time was very disappointed, and I feel many people don’t understand how delicate and expensive instruments can be. I have been dismissed and been ignored about these concerns in the past. I had never used fedex in the past, but I will only be using fedex to ship my instruments out from now own. I called ahead to make sure there was an option for my specific size of flute case, and not only did Rachel talk me through options over the phone, she made sure I was satisfied with how she packed the flute before I paid. Furthermore, she asked for my opinion on how she did and wanted to see if she should do something else. This was very impressive to me, as most people I feel wouldn’t care as much as she did. I appreciated that she made sure I was satisfied with how she packed the flute, and it made me feel less anxious about sending out such an expensive instrument. I will only be using FedEx in the future.
