When I was confused as to why they couldn't process a package when the sign said they are open for another thirty minutes, their tone was that I was the fool for trusting literally every single of their hours signs.
- BSBarbara SJul 17, 20205.0I have used this post office for years to do my business and personal shipping/Mailing. The staff has always been courteous and professional. I've seen customers get upset when they did not complete or attempt to complete the paperwork needed prior to getting to the window for service and are asked to go back and complete the paperwork so the staff can wait on those in line and not delay them. If clients attempt to complete necessary documentation the staff will work with them to ensure correctness and get their package off without asking them to step out of line. I think some negative comments here do not truly reflect the dedication of the staff at this post office.
