  My daughter got renters insurance the rep offered to bundle car insurance we took the offer and I canceled her on my insurance Come to find out the rep didn’t add the car insurance and her job requires it we now have to wait 5 days for a call to be pulled which is ridiculous horrible customer service and still no call back from leadership now I’m going to BBB

  Would give 0 starts if I could. My child was hit by one of their drivers. I called to find out what to do after claim was filed, gave name, email, and phone, no other personal data. When called back the next day to all a question the tried to have me validate my ssn, dob, and address, none of which i gave them, ever (not a former member, thank the gods). Asked for every piece of information of mine to be removed and gave them my child's father contact info for the claim. They refused to remove my ssn and stayed they removed everything else only for me to get a text about the claim the next day. Still will not remove my information despite being entirely illegal, I never consented to them having the data, didn't provide 90% of what they obtained, and withdrew consent to the data i had previously given them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY AGENT ASSOCIATIONS WITH THEM IN ANY WAY. I would suggest you give them as much fake info as possible if one of their members hits you

  After canceling my Policy in August 2024 Allstate went into my Credit Union and took out $184.06 for that cancelled policy. When I requested my money back they Returned $165.83. A different of $15.23 which Allstate should have never touched due to Cancellation.
