I had a preprinted label, so it was very easy and convenient to use the kiosk without having to stand in line.

I was going through some old mail and I realized I've been using the UPS Store on Old Troy Pike since 2008 for mailbox and shipping services, and I've never had any issues! The staff at this location is extremely friendly and helpful, the prices are always reasonable, and new employees are trained thoroughly! Thanks for making my life easier for almost 17 years now!

As long as you don’t run into any problems you need help with, this store is probably fine. But the training they have on dealing with customers who are having issues must be non existent because it’s terrible customer service when you encounter issues.

I have a major issue with a business that charged me $3 for "email service." The charge wasn't for printing the label—it was simply for them to receive my email. This is the only business I've ever encountered that charges for an email, which feels like a form of stealing. It's like Google or Microsoft charging for every email you send. What's even more frustrating is that I drove to another store just 15 minutes away and got the label printed for free. I'm more than willing to pay for the printing, but charging for the email itself is completely unreasonable. Here are five key reasons why this is wrong for a business to do: 1. It's a Non-Service Charge: A business receiving an email is not a service they are providing to you. It's a basic part of modern communication and a necessary step for them to process your request. They are charging you for something that costs them nothing and is essential to their own operation. It's like a restaurant charging you for the right to read their menu. 2. It’s a Hidden or Unexpected Fee: Most people expect to pay for a tangible product or service, like a printout, but they don't expect to be charged for the communication required to complete that service. 3. It Discourages Business: This practice drives away business and harms the company's reputation. 4. It Lacks Value: The customer receives no tangible value from this charge. The value comes from the printed label itself, which they are already paying for. The "email service" fee is pure profit for the business with no benefit to the customer, making it feel like a scam or a form of theft. 5. It Creates an Unfair Comparison: This practice sets a terrible precedent. If every business charged for receiving emails, digital communication would grind to a halt. like I say, if charging for every email is what major tech companies like Google and Microsoft would have to do, and the very idea is absurd. It shows how fundamentally wrong and unsustainable this business model is. Stop that, Please
