- EJEsele JarvisJan 27, 20261.0My package was supposed to be delivered and they said they “made an attempt” when in reality they didn’t because I was at home waiting for my package and when I called they said their driver forgot my package and marked it as such. They said they wouldn’t go out of their way to bring me my package they forgot but I could come pick it up or wait till the next day. Also don’t get me started on trying to call and get someone on the phone. Really hope Amazon drops them as partners.

I started to ask “do you have any tape-“ and before I can say “that I can buy” (because I know post office employees won’t help you do anything) she says “no we don’t have any.” So I tape up my package at the middle counter and bring it back. I also purchased a stamp and I go to peel it off at the front desk and she says “you can do that back there.” Mind you, no one is behind me and it takes all of half a second to put a stamp on a letter. I just wonder why post office employees are the most miserable people on this planet. I wish I could take every package to FedEx.

- ASamy swiantekApr 13, 20171.0Can never get a hold of anyone...why do they have a phone if no one is going to answer it...got a notification that my package was delivered, but have no package, so no idea what is going on ...waiting on a call back from the 800 number let's see how that goes.
