I've been here twice and waited at least 20 minutes for the one cranky person behind the counter to work through the 10-person line with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Then there's the fact that Amazon has the unfortunate relationship with USPS, which means at least half my packages have to touch this facility. And every single time, without fail, they scan my packages as "On the front porch" or "in the mailbox" then deliver them the next day, if I'm lucky. And I'd go pick them up myself, if I could get a hold of anyone there, but instead they never answer their phone, even after 20 minutes of letting it ring. This place needs to be shut down or have a more competent office take over.
