- AAAmyOct 5, 20254.0The woman who delivers during the week is amazing. I have seen her for years. And have never had a problem. The weekend worker I haven't had any trouble with until now. We watched her put our mail in our mailbox Saturday. She never came to the door never even pulled into the driveway nothing. However when we got our mail out of the mailbox we had a slip saying "sorry we missed you" these are usually important pieces of mail to have to sign for and to not even try to deliver them is not okay! I tried to use the code to get it redelivered and it's saying the tracking number isn't correct. So now I wait to see if it's delivered tomorrow and if not I have to go to the post office. Not a huge deal but when you were right there watching them put your mail in the mailbox and they don't try makes it extremely frustrating. I came in Monday and got my letter and talked to the lady working the front desk who was very helpful and nice.

So now I have to drive all the way in there. 2 days after I was supposed to had my package and pick it up also. Now one day after I had a surprise birthday party that I needed that gift for. And like an idiot paid for Amazon prime to get the next day shipping. I got it in the next 4 days. Go figure right?

- BBBradFeb 8, 20221.0They sent my w2 to someone’s house on the other side of town and just now they put a sorry we missed you notice in my mailbox saying I was unavailable to sign for my item I was sitting in front of the door they did not knock or even try to see if I was home just stuck the notice in my mailbox and walked off god only knows how much of Hillsboro has my personal information I’m absolutely disgusted with how little care is put into delivering my mail
