Horrible customer service, can walk all day but when they get to apartments they won't walk to your apartment and deliver a package. Now I have to take time out of my day where I don't get paid to do something I paid for you to do. Deliver my packages. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the first time I missed important Court documents because I couldn't take time out of my busy day to go and wait in line to get stuff that should have been delivered to my apartment. Is this a policy that you don't deliver to apartment doors or is it just laziness? Seems pretty weird that you wouldn't deliver a package "to big for the mailbox" to my door.

We are supposed to get our mail from a carrier out of this location, and IF we even get our mail you can guarantee she's not going to pull up our driveway to drop off our packages. Today she left a notice of delivery saying it required a signature and no one was available, when I've been home all day and there was no knock on the door. Plus who's actually requiring signatures in the middle of a pandemic? She only did this because she couldn't claim there was nowhere to turn around this time because the yard is currently dry.
