Now I have to take time out of my day where I don't get paid to do something I paid for you to do. Deliver my packages. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the first time I missed important Court documents because I couldn't take time out of my busy day to go and wait in line to get stuff that should have been delivered to my apartment. Is this a policy that you don't deliver to apartment doors or is it just laziness? Seems pretty weird that you wouldn't deliver a package "to big for the mailbox" to my door.

Today she left a notice of delivery saying it required a signature and no one was available, when I've been home all day and there was no knock on the door. Plus who's actually requiring signatures in the middle of a pandemic? She only did this because she couldn't claim there was nowhere to turn around this time because the yard is currently dry.
