Yes I was running late, but I showed up 5 minutes before close and they had already shut down. I am very disappointed as I have a busy schedule and can't rely on posted signage on when I can drop off a package. Very unprofessional.

The postal employees work hard. Do they have to take a civil service test? I think at least the letter carriers should have to take a civil service test. This ensures they know their way around town, & what streets are where, so they don't deliver mail to the wrong address!

Very rude staff. Tried to verify identity for Informed Delivery and postal worker had no clue what I was talking about and made that very clear she had “never heard of this.” Asked a separate lady if she knew any information on the stimulus checks and she had very bored and glazed over demeanor with an extremely insincere tone in her voice. I am well aware that the staff may not have known anything regarding the stimulus checks, but to not know your own products and services, or at least communicate your lack of knowledge (regarding the stimulus checks and informed delivery) in a sincere and empathetic way is absolutely unprofessional.
