    This is the 5th time ive had business related work done at the Heath Staples in Ohio and EVERY time they have somehow managed to get something wrong! This cost me not only money but time and networking. Their don't care attitude is frustrating! If I had another option close by I would take it. They are under staffed, over worked and it clearly shows. Poor management

    Terrible. Hours of waiting. Simple job. 4 incorrect prints and a missed deadline. And then they printed the unit address instead of the mailing address for my labels. Complete morons.
