She is not helpful, talks to you like you are stupid and should know literally everything about mailing a pkg. Yelled at my 3 year old son for ringing the bell twice. Not only was she extremely rude to us, she was rude to every single person in front of me needing help. It was 4:30 and she's throwing pkgs around like a football. Someone needs to do something about her.

Had to get letters mailed certified mail per my job & Brandy had an attitude the whole time. Apparently I made your day bad, well congratulations you made mine even worse!
