  This is the 5th time ive had business related work done at the Heath Staples in Ohio and EVERY time they have somehow managed to get something wrong! This cost me not only money but time and networking. Their don't care attitude is frustrating! If I had another option close by I would take it. They are under staffed, over worked and it clearly shows. Poor management

  The online print ordering with Heath location pickup was a breeze! The print product quality exceeded expectations. While sometimes much more pricey than alternatives, I appreciate that Staples always has what I need, with the store layout easily navigated, without the crowd!
