- SHScott HealySep 8, 20251.0Had two conversations with a young lady who acted like she didn't want to be bothered over the phone. Brought in one thin book to get the spine cut off and coil bound. Easy stuff. (I've been in the printing business for 35 years.) I know it would take 4-5 minutes. I've done thousands of them. The guy in the print area was standing there watching pages pop out of a medium size Xerox machine. It was Sunday around noon and I was the only customer in the store. He said it would be MONDAY EVENING that it would be ready. I asked if I couldn't just wait for it and he motioned behind him at absolutely nothing as if he had lots to do. He could have done it in the time I talked to him. I even offered to do it myself and he said " It doesn't work that way". Perhaps my work ethic is old school but it was too much of a bother to him. I left it there, bought a few little note pads from the same girl who wouldn't even engage in small talk when I checked out and off I went. I came back an hour later and picked it back up and took it to the UPS store who did it while I waited and they were BUSY. As I stated, I've been in this business for decades and I know how to make customers WANT to come back. I never treated people like they were a nuisance, nor should they. Not a fan of this location. Especially the girl at the register... Zero customer skills. Pretty sad.
