- MRMike RutherfordJan 2, 20261.0They've lost a return package worth $575 plus $150 ship charge that was over 4 feet long, 1 ft x 1 ft wide around 73 pounds and never recommended to buy insurance for just in case!! We did all.of the calling other offices in other states from tracking info for a whole week and many hours trying to trace it. Well, they only honored the auto applied insurance which was $100 and we still never received that. Our refund from the store for the product never happened since it was "lost". That was the biggest issue next to 6 other instances where they lost reasonable size packages coming and going. We will never use USPS again. If I could give zero stars!!!
