When asked about it, the woman was very nasty and unprofessional. Typical for a “government” employee, I suppose. Heard she was fired, I sure hope so

However after driving 4 hours from Michigan and an unfriendly post office clerk. I wasn't about to tell him I tripped on a very oddly placed door stop and fell. I can't imagine I'm the only one thats ever tripped on it.
