Be prepared to have your stuff ready as your supposed to when you come to the post office. Don't rely on them to package your items for you as they're not allowed to. Oh and supplies aren't free. Things cost money

The lady said w/o a tracking number she didn't have the time to help me get it. I thought USPS was supposed to help you in all ways necessary with your mail. I guess I need to have my stuff sent to a better location for pickup. It's sad when companies lack customer service.
