As a local business on main street for nearly 4 years, this store always finds new ways to make me unhappy. They like to seem smart by making up rules that no other USPS has ever heard of or enforced.
My local carriers are always fantastic but I never want to vist this local store again.
If we made a mistake labeling a box you don't need to be a perk.
I'll pay extra to avoid using you at this point and I recommend everybody else do the same.

Whenever I go into this location, staff is pleasant, professional, and helpful. The various staffers I’ve dealt with have given tips on saving money and quickly handled my transactions. The Fairfield location is quite another story. The Court Street Hamilton location is in a beautiful historic building with painted murals inside and decorative features not seen in modern construction.

Terrible service. The woman named Pauline at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Defended the awful carrier in my route for not delivering a package because of “animal interference “. We don’t have any dogs and our cats run from anyone at the door. Doesn’t make any sense.

Went in today and it was BAKING in there. I asked one of the workers and he said the ac had been out a few weeks now. Their maintenance/management needs to get that fixed asap because that building was almost unbreathable.

Kayla is an absolute legend, not only did she stop closing (we were like a minute away from it being closed, the usps driver dropped it off like that) but she also did it with a smile and just waited patiently, seriously deserves kudos and a raise
