They called to let us know exactly when they would be arriving and asked for specific delivery instructions. Kel and his co-worker were very friendly and courteous, especially respectful of our space and delivery instructions/requests. He double-checked and triple-checked to make sure all the packages were off the truck and in the house. It was a pleasant experience thanks to Kel and the other gentleman.

- DPD PJan 21, 20261.0When you set up a time for them to arrive, you kind of expect them to follow that schedule. They follow 0 instructions when asked to pickup within a certain window. No “30 Minute Call Ahead “ by the driver that is said they do, over and over. They just showed up when they wanted to. Driver had no clue what he was even here for let alone how many items. Customer service knew ( and repeated back) the pickup times agreed upon but then turned and parroted their own time frame. I am sure the “owner” will “ look into it” but it seems that even if that does happen, they don’t care about an actual solution! No I would not use them and No I would not use a company does. This is not even the first issue we have had with RXO. They set up a time to pick up that had to be re-scheduled ( 1 by us, 1 by them) no issue right? Well they never showed up! They did however mark that the item was picked up. When asked when they were actually coming to pick up the item ( a couch) they said it already had been picked up with proof and did not know what the issue was. Well, I was given a refund because of this and now have a free couch. Information sent.
