- RHregina hoganJan 21, 20183.0Very small post office. Fact: the people that live within this village does NOT recieve free USPS mail delivery like most all others... They do not deliver in the town...if you want your mail you are forced to rent a postal box. You pay or you dont get the mail service. This may be the only reason it is still open..the people are paying like they have a private operated mail location.

When I called the post office to find out what was going on nobody could give me an answer.when I called the company I was supposed to get the package from they said I need to make a claim (which hamersville refuse to do) so I was told to get the name of the person I spoke to. When I called up there to speak to the supervisor (Betty) she was extremely rude and disrespectful then told me she wasn't giving me her last name and hung up on me. So not professional!!!! My advice is to not have packages sent to you through hamersville. Chance are you won't get them.
