Package seems to be missing a lot lately. Especially if it’s coming from friends and family sending big boxes. Also why I this post office only open til 3:30pm unlike other post office that open til 5 whereas people can come send and check on missing mail after work. One instance my package was suppose to be here on the 8th of this month and somehow it shows that it was pickup at the post office at 7pm. Who the hell pick up their mail at the post office that late and also why is the post office open that late. There’s some criminal activity going on. The cop needs to investigate why so many people package are gone missing base on all the review I have read also. Never once my package from friend and family gone missing with the other post office that I use to live by. Grove city post office is special I guess. I’m surprise it still going on and no authority doing a thing about it.

Wouldn't even give 1 star and would give 0 if I could. My husband and I have had a truly frustrating experience with this post office. After moving into our newly built home, we went to the post office eight times to get our new mail key. Every visit, we were told the key hadn’t arrived yet, but it turns out they had it the whole time—there was a typo in their system with our numerical address. Because of this error, we didn’t receive any mail for about a month at our new address. My husband made four additional trips, and each time a young employee assured us the address was updated, but nothing was actually done. It wasn’t until we became very frustrated that the manager finally got involved and resolved the issue. This whole ordeal could have been avoided if the staff had simply corrected their mistake and communicated properly. Instead, we wasted hours and had to hound them just to get a basic service. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolute garbage excuse of a location. Have had 5 or 6 packages lost at this point stating the package was "delivered in a parcel locker" but no key is left and no package is ever found. Filed multiple missing mail claims and complaints and nothing is ever resolved, pretty sure they just lie and mark it as resolved. At this point it's just come expected that only 20% of our packages might actually make it to us. You also conveniently can't ever reach anyone by phone or email, the line always just goes to nothing. It seems there's no path forward to improve the experience with this, as others have commented having the same issues, completely pathetic that the office can't seem to simply do the one thing they're supposed to: deliver mail and packages.

Google, LOBBY HOURS M-F ARE 10AM TO 3PM! And yes, I suggested an edit. And can't post photo for proof of edit. The folks at this location are awesome, but I totally agree with other reviewers, these hours are terrible for us 9 to 5-ers that don't work (but do live) close. Why not move package pickup to Stringtown location a mile away, where there *are* more friendly hours?
