Extremely disappointed with USPS and this location. My family paid for Priority Mail Express specifically to ensure next-day delivery, as guaranteed — yet the package did not arrive as promised. It’s completely unacceptable to advertise and charge for a guaranteed service that is not fulfilled. Do not assure customers of next-day delivery if USPS cannot actually deliver on that commitment.

Thank you Nadie for your kindness and professionalism! 📦😊 You made mailing my package such a smooth and pleasant experience—with a smile, grace, and ease. It’s rare to feel that kind of warmth and efficiency all in one place, and I truly appreciated it. You made my day!

I wanted to do a change of address and anything that consisted of that process. I told the lady that I had done part of the process online but I need verification. She had an attitude the entire time and wrote me an address to a different postal office to do all the changes—to bring my ID, lease of new location, and old mail keys. Also that they would close at 3 PM and it was 2:30 PM. I had decided to go the day after as I didn’t have a physical lease with me or the old mail box keys and there was not enough time for me to retrieve such in such short time. I came to the address on the paper today and the lady who spoke to me told me that they didn’t do anything change of address, take mailbox keys or of the sort. I was sent back to the original post office and the same lady with attitude took care of me. She still had a bad attitude. I asked her about the change of address and she told me yet again they don’t do that and the address provided should’ve done it for me. Then she asked, “Did you not do it online? If you did, I need the verification code” I apologized because it seemed the process wasn’t finished. She gave me a paper to fill out for change of address as she believed it would be easier for me to understand. Then I asked if she need my ID and she said “Yeahhh”. She talked badly about the other post office and told me that I needed to go there again to do the change of keys. I don’t know her name but she has black hair and smudged black eye liner that sink her face. She was rude to me and to her coworkers—called them “slow” or stupid.
