My family paid for Priority Mail Express specifically to ensure next-day delivery, as guaranteed — yet the package did not arrive as promised. It’s completely unacceptable to advertise and charge for a guaranteed service that is not fulfilled. Do not assure customers of next-day delivery if USPS cannot actually deliver on that commitment.
