- GLGo Fund Your LIfeJun 8, 20245.0I would like to say that last Thursday I came into the Staples in Grove City Ohio, to pick up what I thought was a same day pick up order for some business cards. I learned when I arrived about 30 minutes prior to close that my order was set to be picked up the next day. I don't know if I made the mistake or if the store made the mistake, but Hannah assured me that she could get this done for me in about 15 minutes. In today's retail environment you are hardly ever met with humble, courteous, and helpful staff at the start of a shift, let alone at the end of one. Hannah was sweet and accommodating and she didn't even make me feel bad for having her complete a job right up to the closing time. I really needed those business cards for the following morning and I really appreciate her kindness and consideration, and willingness to help.
