Half the time our mail isn't even put in the po box but maybe once twice a week. The lady who works there now is rude has zero customer service skills. I wish someone who wanted to do there job and wasn't so rude would get in there and take over . Plus hours need to be open longer . Like a 9-5 hours makes it impossible for working folks to get in there to buy stamps or mail that needs certified sent out And to pick up packages.
