Building 5 Star but don't call the number provided, it isn't for the building, its for the overall AI help, it won't assist at all.

Sometimes Eaton is more important than the good people of Gratis and they close our post office down for several days leaving packages stuck behind closed doors where we can’t get to them. Totally unacceptable and I wish this post office would close and start home delivery.

I understand that gratis is a small place but honestly, 4 hours is all we get? Unless you have a significant other, it's impossible to get any packages bc no one is working. Oh and there is almost always a yellow slip in the mail bc no one hardly puts packages in the bigger boxes or gives us a key.

Only open 4 hours a day. And most of the time the workers are on there personal cellphones . Half the time our mail isn't even put in the po box but maybe once twice a week. The lady who works there now is rude has zero customer service skills. I wish someone who wanted to do there job and wasn't so rude would get in there and take over . Plus hours need to be open longer . Like a 9-5 hours makes it impossible for working folks to get in there to buy stamps or mail that needs certified sent out And to pick up packages.
