However, our USPS delivery service has failed to uphold its responsibilities, refusing to deliver mail without prior notification. This lack of communication has resulted in missed deadlines for crucial correspondence, which is highly disappointing. On June 7, the USPS driver refused delivery, claiming that our location was out of route, a statement that is factually incorrect and based on unsubstantiated assumptions. Such actions reflect poorly on the professionalism of the service. It is imperative for USPS personnel to provide consistent, reliable, and courteous service to all customers, and we sincerely hope for improvements in mail delivery and personnel conduct moving forward.
