I have an issue and have been trying to call their office; however, no one answers and after ringing for awhile it goes to a busy signal, so there's no way to get my question answered unless I show up there in person. It's ridiculous that no one answers the phone.

With $160B in projected losses in the next 10 years this is one person that appears to be helping in those losses. I'll not be back....do us all a favor and replace her with a machine and I'll consider returning.
