She’s extremely knowledgeable and she knows which box is mine if I have to come in to pick up a package. The only reason I couldn’t give more stars is because I’ve had hundreds of problems with receiving my packages. If the sender had my home address down without the post office address, the people that deliver the mail REFUSE to bring it to my house. Even though I only live 10 seconds away from the P.O. According to them it’s at their discretion if they choose to deliver it to my house or not because I don’t have a mail box. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. So instead they mark it as insufficient address and return to sender. These people should not be allowed to do this!!!!

They do whatever they feel like doing. Probably because there are no consequences for anything in that messed up organization they work for.
