- KJK JonesJan 24, 20265.0I would like to give the staff of the Glouster post office a five-star rating. They do a wonderful job. However, I would like to give the central 800 number (outside of the control of our local office) a negative number if possible. The automated service can’t answer my question yet repeatedly refuses to redirect my call to the local office, so my question will go unanswered until I drive into town. I hate to think of our wonderful local workers bearing the brunt of the frustration from customers who are actually frustrated with this 800 number put into place by the central office

My mail with bank information goes to the neighbors box plus plenty more of my mail also I receive other people's mail, my box and side of the house is clearly numbered. Terrible service. Maybe should hire people who can read an address correctly.
