My mail with bank information goes to the neighbors box plus plenty more of my mail also I receive other people's mail, my box and side of the house is clearly numbered. Terrible service. Maybe should hire people who can read an address correctly.
- KMKatlyn McDonaldMay 26, 20221.0By far the worst Postal Office I've had things shipped through. Instead of them having to get out of the vehicle and delivering the package. They leave a note every time saying that the customer requested to hold the package. However, that is never the case. Small or even a little larger package that involves them driving up a drive way, get out of the car and walk up to someone's door. That is what they get paid to do, some people may have medicine or other might needed things to be delivered yet they don't get it due to the workers be totally lazy. I'll make sure everything I order online from now on goes through UPS or FedEx. If I could leave a no star review I would. Also how am I to request a hold on the item, if one I have not spoke with anyone and for two that the mail has yet to be delivered on our route yet. They just mark it like that so they do not have to deal with it.
